Shana Pallotta Therapy

Shana Pallotta Therapy

I’m passionate about helping you experience a more meaningful and fulfilling life.  Change can be daunting. Feeling overwhelmed or stuck can prevent you from living in greater alignment with your purpose. This can impact your relationships, your career, and your general sense of well-being. My goal is to create a safe space and help empower you to connect with yourself so that you can break free from the patterns that are limiting you.

Because everyone is unique, I provide an integrative approach tailored to your needs. I work with individuals who would like to address anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQIA issues, intersectionality challenges, relationship struggles, or personal growth. We may choose talk therapy, mindfulness, EMDR (a treatment for trauma / adverse life events), shadow work, meditation, or some combination to best meet your needs.

I value compassion and humor and have a warm, non-judgmental, supportive style. I am LGBTQIA-affirming & welcoming, culturally competent, and poly/kind friendly. I hope to have the privilege of joining you in your journey of healing, wellness, and growth.
