Shana Pallotta, MBA, LMFT

I’m passionate about helping you experience a more meaningful and fulfilling life.  Change can be daunting. Feeling overwhelmed or stuck can prevent you from living in greater alignment with your purpose. This can impact your relationships, your career, and your general sense of well-being. My goal is to create a safe space and help empower you to connect with yourself so that you can break free from the patterns that are limiting you.

I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, codependency, life transitions, LGBTQIA issues, and relationship struggles.  I also enjoy working with those who would like to strengthen their relationships, improve their communication, and who are interested in personal or spiritual growth.

Because everyone is unique, I provide a holistic approach that is tailored to your needs, including mindfulness, Jungian, psychodynamic, narrative & cognitive techniques.  I am also training in EMDR therapy (a treatment for trauma and adverse life events).  I am LGBTQIA-affirming & welcoming, culturally competent, and poly/kink friendly.  I also value compassion and humor and have a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic approach.
