Sometimes we need help getting our lives back on track, especially when it comes to relationships. I have learned over time that most of us seek relationships and struggle when the romance fades away. We think to ourselves "Why do I always choose the same partner?" "Why does this pattern keep happening?" "Will I ever find love again?"

Instead of giving up or breaking up, I can help couples understand why this dynamic happens and normalize it. I also help couples work through difficult times by providing tools and communication exercises that help deepen and strengthen their relationship.

In addition to working with couples, I work with individuals looking for love in their life. Finding the right partner can be challenging and I can help with finding that special someone.

Even though relationships is the primary focus of my practice. I also help clients through depression, anxiety and life transitions. My goal is to help clients get back on track and live a happy and meaningful life.
