The decision to start therapy is a very personal and courageous one. Many of the people I see are struggling with feelings related to anxiety, depression, and/or relationship conflict. As a psychologist and psychoanalyst, I have been helping people understand themselves and make meaningful life changes for over 20 years. In my work with individuals and couples, I provide a safe non-judgemental environment where we work together to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and identify how you can make positive changes in the here and now.
In addition to traditional office therapy, I also provide experiential Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as orgainzational leadership development and team building.
