In an effort to integrate creativity into everyday life, our work together may cross through a variety of theories, modalities, perspective and make use of a wide set of tools, by providing an experience of connection, normalization of emotions and experience, education, creativity and humor, each person: may recognize their capacity to acknowledge and reach their goals and has an opportunity to develop and grow. In this setting, i act as witness to their lives and as a facilitator to their story. In my work i have come to rely on 3 beliefs that inform my interactions with others:
- It is difficult to be a human being.
- We need a witness to our life experiences and emotions.
- And. What are you going to do about this situation...?
While an individual or couple struggles with the challenges that get in the way of reaching their goals, they may find... New ways to perceive and respond to their life situation.
