Together, we can process the past, live in the present, and lay the foundation for a healthy future.

I work from a client-centered perspective that is strengths-based, trauma-informed, sex positive, and trans and poly affirming. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and derived primarily from post-modern and cognitive behavioral theoretical orientations. I have expertise in suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA2S+ issues.

Therapy with me brings together treatment modalities in a way that is tailored uniquely to you, your goals, and your needs. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you find the resources within yourself to build a life worth living.
