 "Deciding to begin psychotherapy is a courageous step!"  I offer depth-oriented, Analytic Therapy from a Jungian perspective while sometimes weaving in Dream Work and  Sandplay Therapy. I believe that "symptoms" such asdepression, anxiety, grief & loss, career and relationship issues, sexual compulsions, and addictions often serve as the "call" from psyche, announcing the beginning of movement to another level of consciousness and meaning. I view myself as a guide during this journey, holding the space wherein self-discovery and growth can occur.
