As a psychotherapist, I work from a mind/body/spirit approach. My orientation is ‘mind centered' and termed Cognitive Behavior Therapy. CBT focuses on your thoughts, how they impact your feelings and how your feelings affect your behaviors. So I will work with you and your thought patterns and look at how they impact your feelings (mood) and actions (behaviors) in order to bring about more positive change in your life.I also know Studies show that regular cardio-vascular exercise reduces incidences of both anxiety as well as depression (body). As for your spiritual life, meditation is one of the most effective forms of exploring your spiritual self; We all feel a ‘void’ inside, meditation helps you sit in the void so it becomes less scary and where you might hear the voice of “source,” from my perspective, your inner intuitive voice- I want to help you explore it and learn how to listen to it.
