 I provide holistic counseling that connects to your emotions, your body, and your environment. This occurs through talk therapy, mindfulness practice, and by using existential therapy designed to support your authentic self. Talk therapy is viewed from many perspectives. I use a practical and traditional approach that places strength and focus on social and familial aspects. Mindful based therapy happens through various facets, such as guided meditation and breathing exercises designed to elicit your inner voice without judgment against yourself or others. From an existential perspective my goal as your therapist is to support you on your own journey, discovering hidden talents you've not yet discovered or have felt ashamed to release into the world.  This is an exciting time for you and I'm so honored that you are considering to share your story with me.
