I call my counseling Awakening the Inner Heart.  I believe that each of us has the innate capacity for a life of fulfillment free from suffering.   When you are supported in quieting the mind and opening the heart, your own inner guidance is best discerned for every situation.  In this therapy, we talk about becoming your most authentic, unique and 'natural' Self.  Only when you are fully natural, when you are comfortable being in your own skin, can your true Light shine.  If a life grounded in truth, authenticity and freedom is your desire, please see if what I offer might be of help to you.
