I provide a warm, caring,  and compassionate environment to uncover the roots of emotional pain, suffer and unlock pathways for joyous, resilient, and meaningful living. Different than temporary "quick fix" or "band aid" that never last I will assist you to change from the inside out,  finding inner peace that would be part of you! We will work together with precision to change deep relational patterns rooted in abuse, neglect, or other emotional pain.I incorporate the insights of attachment theory, Mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology, while focusing on the healing power of the relationship. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors--including those who have experienced domestic violence and early childhood abuse, those struggling with substance abuse, depression, and anxiety.
