I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist located in Orange County. I see all types of individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues. I have worked extensively with lesbian, gay and bisexual individuals, couples and families and is one of the primary focuses of my clinical and research work.  I also have extensive experience working with children/adolescents and their parents on many issues ranging from academic to behavioral problems. I also work on issues of parenting and co-parenting. I have experience working with families going through divorce/separation. I incorporate Solution-Focus/Post Modern/Cognitive Behavioral Therapies/Interventions in the way that I work with my clients. I also am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology at Chapman University and am the Director of the Frances Smith Center for Individual & Family Therapy, also located at Chapman University.
