I assist gay men and lesbians in developing a more conscious relationship with their inner selves and inner dynamics through a Gay- or Lesbian-Centered approach that supports individuals in addressing early childhood dynamics, internalized homophobia, and other barriers to self-discovery, while confronting painful traumas, healing old wounds, and reclaiming the unique potential of being gay or lesbian. This approach is ideal for gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgender persons who are seeking a deeper exploration of their sexual/gender identity, as well as those affected by such issues as compulsive behaviors, depression, and anxiety.
