I feel passionately about helping my clients and it shines through in the commitment and energy that I bring to each session.  I nurture a trusting relationship between you and I, which allows you to explore other significant relationships in your life.  I believe that our motivations in relationships are often unconscious.  Said motivations are based upon relationships and interactions that we have had early on in our lives.  Together we examine your unconscious beliefs, thus making them conscious.  I have found that clients often feel more content in their daily lives as a result of increased awareness.  I have a foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, yet I am Eclectic in my therapeutic approach.  In other words, I prefer to utilize "what works."  I welcome all members of the LGBT community.  I look forward to helping you learn about yourself and improve your life!
