I practice out of the Silver Lake / Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, where I focus primarily on psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couples counseling.  I tend to use a variety of techniques in my approach to psychotherapy, based on each patient's needs.  Some of the modalities I pull from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Gay Affirmative Psychotherapy.My goal is for you to make lasting changes in your life such as improving self esteem, achieving greater intimacy in your relationships, and developing a stronger sense of purpose.
