This practice is devoted to helping clients increase their self-awareness and health. I use a variety of theoretical approaches and tools - including mindfulness and insight-oriented dialogue - to help clients improve their lives and relationships. The emphasis is on personal growth as well as problem-solving. My specialty areas include: alleviating depression and anxiety; work with couples; and ethnic/cultural issues. In addition, I also emphasize the sound mind-sound body connection. When appropriate, exercise during session - in the form of walking outdoors- is an option.
