About your therapist:- I am available on weekends and some evenings.- My theoretical practices in conducting psychotherapy is: brief, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused.- My personal philosophy: To be a guide in helping you find your own personal awareness, and improved interpersonal relationships. In short, my goal is "for you not to need long term therapy."- I have advanced trainings in: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (curently working on certification), completed Level 1 Rational Living Therapy, a briefer therapeutic approach, accreditted in Triple P Positive Parenting Program, an evidenced based model, trained in Seeking Safety, an evidenced based mode to treating susbtance use and trauma, receved training as a Rape Crisis Advocate from Valley Trauma Center, Van Nuys, CA.
