I work from a relational psychodynamic framework, which means that my work focuses on relationship. We will explore the relationship between you and the people in your life. We will explore the relationship you have with yourself, as well as the relationship that develops between us over time. I will utilize the “here and now” to understand your experience in the world as we learn about your inner world together. I work with individuals and couples, and also run interpersonal psychotherapy groups. As a kink-aware therapist, I welcome clients from the LGBT and sex work communities.
