The decision to start therapy is a very personal and courageous one.  Many of the people I see are struggling with feelings related to anxiety, depression, and/or relationship conflict.  As a psychologist and psychoanalyst, I have been helping people understand themselves and make meaningful life changes for 20 years.  In my work with individuals and couples, I provide a safe non-judgemental environment where we work together to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and identify how you can make positive changes in the here and now.
