In our first phone conversation, I can show you how I gently work to discover the heart of your troubles and begin to create the roadmap needed to really solve your problems, get you back on your feet, and empower you to realize your potentials and dreams. You can benefit from my two decades of psychotherapeutic experience, teaching, community work, ongoing education, and my own efforts as a gay person to overcome adversity to achieve a deeply fulfilling life. You may also find, as have many individuals who have sought my help, that your immediate problems can be satisfyingly resolved in just a few sessions. My approach draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy to directly solve problems, Freud and Jung to discover the unconscious keys to unlocking the most far-reaching possibilities and creative potentials, as well as the latest research into neurobiology and attachment theory, to develop the emotional IQ needed for cultivating soulful, loving, and erotically inspired relationships.
