Often we're kept in defeat through past traumas & current oppression. Trying to survive, we get caught in self-defeating patterns of thinking & being. Often we forget we're much bigger than our habitual ways of surviving. Stuck in these holding patterns, responsibility cramps aspiration, creativity becomes stifled, the light of our awareness dimmed. Desiring to be free from the ill effects of trauma and oppression, we long for someone to be with us & help us through the dark night of the soul as we forge a new, more integrated identity of personal creativity & communal belonging.To assist you, I have a strong foundation in interpersonal dynamics & consciousness theory through four years of Relational Gestalt Therapy training complemented by excellent psychoanalytic supervision. I have eight years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, & families.
